Communication
In the interests of equal communication between the customer and the owner, I only reply to messages with a clearly recognizable sender address. In addition to the e-mail address, the sender's first name and family name, salutation and place of residence must also be stated.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum order value is Fr.15.00 CHF.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Orders for custom-made products are only accepted in writing. Custom-made products cannot be returned if they are made correctly.
SHIPPING COSTS
I send the goods by Swiss Post. All prices quoted for shipping costs are those specified by Swiss Post.
DELIVERY/DELIVERY DEADLINE
All orders are delivered exclusively under the terms and conditions of Swiss Post.
Delivery is made by Swiss Post. As a rule, you will receive the ordered goods within 3-7 working days, subject to stock.
COLLECTION
Possible by arrangement.
PAYMENT - INVOICE
Goods delivered against invoice are due net within 30 days.
DELAY OF PAYMENT
In the event of late payment, I may charge default interest of 8%. In addition, we charge a reminder fee of CHF 5 from the 2nd reminder and CHF 10 from the 3rd reminder (registered letter). If payment is not made despite a reminder, I will forward the claims to the debt collection agency. Any resulting costs will be borne exclusively by the customer and will be invoiced directly by the debt collection agency.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of the owner until full payment has been made.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
The customer bears the shipping risk. In the case of shipments from us, the risk shall pass to the customer as soon as the shipment leaves our premises. This is customary in the trade and means that claims for damage or loss of the goods against the carrier (post office, freight forwarder) can only be made by the recipient. Please notify us immediately in writing or by telephone so that we can arrange compensation or a replacement delivery.
